help me!!!!!!!!?

plan and design an experiment to enable the ranking of any of the following 6 samples of electrical conductors:

1. Copper
2. Manganian
3. Constantan
4. Eureka
5. Nichrome
6. Nickel Chromium
can i connect a battery to the test material then attach a voltmeter across it.....then the one with the closest voltage to the voltage of the battery is the best coonductor

What you will need:
glass
water
pieces of each type of material
zinc metal powder
piece of wire that is not made of test material
electrical tape
1.5 volt-D Cell Battery

Prepare a solution of zinc in water and put it into the glass(**Be careful not to precipitate any zinc into the bottom of the glass**)
Run a piece of wire from the negative terminal of the battery to a piece of metal(iron, steel, etc.). Then run another piece of wire from the positive terminal of the battery to the zinc solution(But do not insert the wire into the solution). You will need to make a "hook" with the end of the wire going to the glass so that you can clamp the sample material onto the wire so that it will conduct the electricity from the battery.

What should happen:
If the materials are good conductors, they should pull the zinc ions out of the solution and likewise introduce ions into the solution.

How to see results: After letting the solution "react" for about 15 mins, remove the beaker and boil off all the water. Then test the residue for zinc and material using any good method. Then record your results. Good luck
